We are currently able to locate seven GlobalCollect negative reviews, none of which accuse the company of being a ripoff or a scam. Three complainants report unauthorized charges, software issues, and privacy concerns with some products offered by GlobalCollect. None of these complainants express trouble with GlobalCollect’s merchant services. The remaining four complaints were posted by employees of the company who described disorganization, internal strife, and issues with customer service.     I think you or your customer Vineylook are very unprofessional. I ordered a product from them over two weeks ago and they refused it because they said you refused my payment. I gave them 2 debit cards with unlimited credit, which they said i had to verify. I sent them copies of the cards they requested and keep getting the same email everyday from them.
    What seems to be the problem? I am a business owner with pretty good credit but that shouldn’t be the issue. Please check into this. I would hate to put all of this out on the internet or file a complaint with the BBB.

    It is more than two weeks that I am waiting for a refund. i tried to pay for a flight tickets and the transaction apparently failed without the issue of my tickets. The following day Global Collect withdraw my money without any reason and now is more than 10 business day that I have neither my money nor the tickets. Their services has been trmendously bad and furthermore thay are making me wait to have assistance. The amount is 2264.28€ which are a lot to make me wait to have them back.
    I absolutely don’t recommend this company to manage your payment at all!!!!!!
