The standard Atlantic-Pacific Processing Systems contract is a three-year contract through Synovus Bank with automatic one-year renewals and a liquidated damages early termination fee that is calculated as follows:

(1) computing the number of months remaining from the date of termination to the end of the then current Initial or Renewal Term; and

(2) multiplying that number by the average monthly Processing Fees over the most recent six (6) months; and then

(3) adding costs and attorneys’ fees of Bank.
