Month-to-Month Contract

According to the company’s website and its terms of use, Payzerware charges its Business users a rate of 1.39% plus interchange costs from 0.11% to 0.14% for swiped regulated debit card transactions, 2.59% plus interchange costs from 0.11% to 0.14%  for swiped Qualified transactions, and 3.39% plus interchange costs from 0.11% to 0.14% for all Non-Qualified or card-not-present transactions. A $19.99 PCI non-compliance fee if a merchant is more than three months behind in maintaining compliance, and an inactivity fee of $20 per month is assessed once a merchant fails to process a single transaction for three consecutive months. The company does not charge an early termination fee, an annual fee, a PCI compliance fee, or an application fee, and users are free to cancel their service at any time.

The company’s business management tool starts at $399 per month up to 7 users and charges $60 for every additional user up to 24. The unlimited user plan costs $1,499 per month. and does not charge any setup fees. Payzerware’s features include technician scheduling & dispatch, inbound call management, appointments and reminders, online customer history, customer proposals, customer invoices, maintenance agreements, electronic payments, instant financing, and a rolling 30-day money-back guarantee. Payzerware has no equipment lease terms with their terms and conditions stipulating any lease must be agreed upon with a third party.
