Passthrough Payments Contract Terms
As of now, specific details on the standard Passthrough Payments contract are not publicly accessible. The company appears to tailor its pricing and agreement terms to suit the unique needs of each merchant, taking into account factors like business type, geographical location, and transaction history. Given its broad spectrum of served industries, Passthrough Payments might offer customizable equipment lease agreements for merchants with specific equipment needs. Additionally, the company promotes a cash discount program aimed at significantly reducing credit card processing fees for merchants.
High Risk, High Fees
Merchants operating within high-risk sectors often face elevated rates and stringent contract conditions from payment processors, including Passthrough Payments, due to the heightened risk of chargebacks. Such merchants may also encounter cash reserve requirements as a protective measure against potential fraud. High-risk businesses engaging with Passthrough Payments should be prepared for these stricter terms. For alternative options, merchants might consider our curated list of the top merchant account providers.
No Red Flags
The lack of public complaints regarding Passthrough Payments’ contract terms contributes to an “A” rating in this area. However, this assessment is made in the absence of concrete information on the company’s pricing structure. Evaluating how Passthrough Payments’ terms compare to those of the industry’s most affordable merchant accounts remains challenging.

This company is a fraud. Do not do business with this processor. Misrepresentation all the way. Watch out for Brent Posada. Do not take his word for anything. He will lie to you about there charges.
Kyle Jones
This is an awesome Credit card and Echeck provider. They have saved my company from going out of business and got me back up and accepting payments when my processor unexpectedly shut me down. I know Kyle, Brian and Louis personally and I highly recommend this company for any Cash advance or payment processing needs.
