Costs & Contract
Key Points - Costs & Contract
|PCI compliance fee:||Variable|
A representative of the company stated that Payline Data primarily signs merchants up for Interchange-plus pricing, which is the most transparent (and often least expensive) transaction fee model. Additionally, the company offers month-to-month contracts with no cancellation fee in most cases. In the event that a merchant wishes to receive free equipment from Payline Data, the merchant will be required to sign a service agreement of up to 36 months with a cancellation fee of up to $375. Merchants can avoid the contract in most circumstances by simply purchasing the equipment upfront. Additionally, Payline Data charges a PCI compliance fee to all merchants. High-risk merchant accounts will likely have customized pricing and contract terms based upon the industry type and level of risk associated with the merchant.
Payline Data also offers a mobile processing app and card reader for merchants seeking to accept payments on their smartphones. Visit Payline’s Website or call (888) 506-7812 for the most current pricing information.
