|Standard Plan||$79.95 Per Month|
|Advanced Plan||$199.95 Per Month|
PinnacleCart offers merchants the option to host their websites with PinnacleCart for a recurring monthly fee or license the platform and host it themselves for a one-time cost. All recurring payment plans are billed on a monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time.
Hosting With PinnacleCart
PinnacleCart offers 2 pricing tiers for its hosted e-commerce solution, its Standard and Advanced plans. The Standard plan costs $79.95 per month and includes all standard features of the platform, no transaction fees, an optional dedicated SSL, one gigabyte of disk space, and two gigabytes of bandwidth. The Advanced plan costs $199.95 per month and includes all features of the Standard plan, an included dedicated SSL, priority customer support, and unlimited disk space and bandwidth. The Enterprise plan costs a customized amount per month and includes all features of the Advanced plan.
Merchants who wish to host their own websites can license the PinnacleCart platform for a one-time cost of $1,495 per domain. This cost includes one year of customer support and software upgrades, which can then be extended for $299 per year.
Other PinnacleCart Fees
Merchants who use PinnacleCart’s hosted solution will also be charged incidental overage fees of $3.50 per gigabyte of bandwidth (Startup and Standard packages) and $10 per 100 megabytes of disk space (Startup and Standard packages). The company does not offer its own merchant accounts, so it does not charge any payment processing-related fees.
No Red Flags
We are unable to locate any complaints about PinnacleCart’s contract terms, but many of its compatible payment processors have reputations for high pricing and rigid contract terms. PinnacleCart’s web store contract terms are competitive with other e-commerce platforms, which makes it a good fit for merchants who have already secured affordable payment processing.Are you happy with your PinnacleCart fees? PinnacleCart Complaints & Customer Reviews
|Total Online Complaints||10+|
|Live Customer Support||Yes|
|Most Common Complaint||Software Issues|
Low Complaint Total
We are currently able to locate just 3 PinnacleCart complaints, none of which accuse the company of being a ripoff or a scam. These complaints cite software issues. It is therefore likely that these are isolated cases that are uncommon among the company’s users.
We have not found any outstanding class-action lawsuits or FTC complaints filed against PinnacleCart. Dissatisfied merchants who wish to pursue a non-litigious course of action against the company should consider reporting it to the relevant supervisory organizations.
PinnacleCart Customer Support Options
The PinnacleCart website provides dedicated phone, email, and chat support for customer questions. Some of the company’s plans qualify for “priority” support, which may mean longer wait times through non-priority lines. These customer support options satisfy our expectations of the top-rated customer service processors.
PinnacleCart BBB Rating Summary
Key Points - BBB
|Product & Service Complaints||0|
|Billing & Collection Complaints||0|
|Advertising & Sales Complaints||0|
|Guarantee & Warranty Complaints||0|
No BBB Complaints
PinnacleCart maintains an “A+” rating at this time and is not BBB accredited. The BBB complaints board shows 0 complaints within the last 36 months. The company also has not received any informal reviews on its BBB profile, although it should be noted that these reviews are not subject to verification by the BBB.
An “A” Performance
Since it is our philosophy that “A” ratings should be reserved for companies with zero complaints, we agree with the BBB in this case. However, merchants should keep in mind that there are reasons to be skeptical of BBB ratings.
Truth In Marketing & Advertising
|Employs Independent Resellers||Yes|
|Advertises Deceptive Rates||No|
|Discloses All Important Terms||Yes|
No Independent Agents
PinnacleCart appears to rely on traditional advertising, resellers, and affiliates to market its services. There is no evidence at this time indicating that the company employs independent sales agents. The fact that PinnacleCart does not itself provide merchant accounts means that it is unlikely to engage in many of the high-pressure sales techniques that are common to the payment processing industry.
No Misleading Quotes
As of this update, we are unable to locate any PinnacleCart reviews that report unethical behavior by the company’s sales team. Additionally, the company does not appear to engage in any deceptive advertising strategies in its official materials. However, if you suspect that PinnacleCart is charging you undisclosed fees, we recommend seeking a third-party statement audit to eliminate hidden charges.

Why I'm Qualified to Write About Credit Card Processing and Merchant Account Services
I'm a former credit card processing sales director who left the industry because I didn't like how it takes advantage of small business owners. It feeds like a leech on businesses and thrives by imposing fees that are nearly impossible to comprehend. Seeing a need for change, I left and built this website help business owners better understand the industry, research merchant services providers, and get refunds of excessive merchant account fees. My experience of working "behind the curtain" in the industry, and using that knowledge for good, has resulted in millions of dollars returned to hard-working small business owners as well as enterprise-level companies.
From the time that I starting working in the merchant services industry to when I left to create this website, I've been on the pulse of payments for nearly 15 years. It didn't seem fair to keep this "insider" knowledge to myself. To lift the fog, I've reviewed hundreds of companies, read thousands of user reviews, and learned the pricing tricks of every provider. If you have questions about credit card processing, you can find the answers on this website.
