We cannot locate any Regal Payment Systems negative reviews that accuse that company of being a ripoff or a scam. The company provides phone and email support information on its website, and it appears as though these channels are sufficient to resolve most merchant complaints in-house. Merchants may receive support through First Data or through NPC depending on which contract they sign, or Regal Payments may employ an in-house support staff. Regardless, there are no apparent issues with the company’s service at this time.

|Equipment Lease Terms||Variable|
The Regal Payment Systems website provides the company’s contract terms through First Data and through NPC. The standard Regal Payments/First Data contract (available below) is a three- to five-year agreement with an undisclosed early termination fee. Regal Payment Systems Employee Reviews & Sales Tacitcs
Should You Work For Them?
|Employs Independent Resellers||Yes|
|Advertises Deceptive Rates||No|
|Discloses All Important Terms||No|
Regal Payment Systems appears to utilize independent sales agents and ISOs to market its services, although the exact nature of the company’s ISO program is unclear at this time. The use of independent resellers often generates complaints for companies, as it is difficult for any organization to closely supervise the conduct of outside sales teams. In this case, however, we cannot find any negative Regal Payment Systems reviews that accuse the company’s sales team of unethical sales practices. Regal Payments Systems also does not appear to engage in any deceptive advertising strategies in its official materials. We have therefore assigned it an “A” rating at this time.
