Bank of America charges different rates depending on how the transaction is processed. In-person transactions (tap, dip, swipe) cost 2.65% + $0.10. Online/e-commerce transactions cost 2.99% + $0.30. Manually keyed transactions (phone orders, etc.) cost 3.50% + $0.15.
