How Did International CyberTrans Treat You?

The absolute worst experience I have ever had! I have been in business for 1 month and still cannot process a credit card! Turning away business from credit card users. About 1/2 of the staff knows what is going on and the other 1/2 don’t care about you. My advise is to run and stear clear of this company because you will also learn the hard way as I did-oh and lose money too!!! Considering an attorney and better business bureau!!

      Tina,

My name is James Gormley. I am the Vice President of Operations here at International CyberTrans. I am puzzled by your comment as we have no record of you signing with our company for processing. Please call and give me the whole story. I would like to know what I can do rectify this situation. Our company prides itself on exemplary customer service and if there is a problem I definitely want to resolve it.

Thanks so much. I look forward to speaking with you.
