Very Few Complaints
BASYS appears to have a very good reputation online and with its existing client base. The majority of BASYS reviews are quite positive in tone, and it appears that BASYS puts a good deal of effort and training into its customer service and support staff.
We did find some BASYS Processing complaints from merchants who claimed BASYS did not present its rates clearly. These BASYS complaints tend to be from merchants who have very low sales volume, some not making any transactions for months at a time. The complaints seem to indicate that BASYS charges a higher rate for merchant accounts that do not process at a certain volume. While we have found no indication that BASYS misrepresents its rates, merchants who might fall into this low-volume category are advised to carefully read all contract details.
