The standard Compliant Processing contract is a three-year agreement through Elavon with automatic renewal for two-year terms and a built-in equipment lease through Ladco Leasing. It’s likely that the company’s specific rates and fees will vary dramatically depending on each merchant’s business type, location, and processing history. Compliant Processing’s contract confirms that the company signs merchants up for long-term, non-cancellable equipment leases, so merchants are encouraged to purchase their equipment outright to avoid getting locked in this type of agreement.

Compliant Processing CBD Pricing

When Compliant Processing was most recently offering CBD merchant accounts, the company’s contract terms for CBD included a flat per-transaction rate of 3.95% plus $0.25, a $9.95 monthly fee, a $49.00 setup fee, no cash reserve, no termination fee. However, these terms may no longer be available in light of Elavon’s mass cancellation of its CBD merchant accounts.
