Aside from this specialized focus, Next Level does not appear to differ in any significant way from Advanced Merchant Services. Like Advanced, Next Level resells the products and services of First Data. Next Level does not disclose its acquiring bank, but this is likely due to the need for high risk processors to maintain multiple banking partnerships. Multiple sources list Next Level Payment Solutions’s headquarters at 76 S Laura St, #1370, Jacksonville, Florida 32202, and Jason Felts is the CEO of both Advanced Merchant Services and Next Level Payment Solutions.
