Spectrum Merchant Services Customer Reviews
Here's What Their Clients Say
We were unable to locate any publicly listed Spectrum Merchant Services reviews at all on this or other non-BBB consumer protection websites, which is impressive for a company that has been operating for over 14 years. The company offers a dedicated in-house customer support line on its website, which appears to do a great job of fielding and responding to its clients’ problems. Given the total lack of complaints about this company, we are awarding Spectrum an “A+” in this category.

A Closer Look at The Contract
At the time of this update, there is very little information available about the standard Spectrum contract. A total lack of complaints for this company seems to indicate that its clients are largely satisfied with the terms of their contracts. Even so, merchants are advised to carefully review the terms of any contract they sign. If you have any information about Spectrum’s costs and contract terms, please describe your experience in the comment section of this review.
Spectrum Merchant Services Employee Reviews & Sales Tacitcs
Should You Work For Them?
Spectrum Merchant Services appears to hire independent sales agents to market its services. This is a standard industry practice that often results in a sales force that is poorly trained and unregulated. However, there are virtually no publicly available complaints registered against Spectrum, indicating that the company might exercise a greater degree of control over the actions of its independent agents than is typical within the industry. The company also does not appear to engage in any deceptive advertising.
