ChargeToday Contract Terms
The standard ChargeToday contract (available below) is a three-year agreement with automatic one-year renewal and a $250 early termination fee. The application provides spaces for sales agents to list PCI Compliance fees, monthly minimum fees, and other fees, but these spaces are blank in the document we have located. We cannot find any ChargeToday complaints that mention specific ChargeToday contract terms at this time, so merchants are advised to carefully read their merchant agreements before signing. Given the information we are able to verify about ChargeToday’s contract and the lack of merchant complaints about ChargeToday rates and fees, we are assigning the company a “B” in this category. See the ChargeToday Merchant Agreement.

Outside Sales Team
ChargeToday partners with banks, associations, and independent sales agents to market its services. The use of independent sales agents is often linked to high complaint rates among merchants, but we are currently unable to locate any ChargeToday reviews that accuse the company’s sales agents of unethical behavior. In addition, ChargeToday does not appear to engage in any deceptive advertising strategies in its official materials.
This compares favorably to our list of best credit card processors.
