There are currently only a handful of negative Infinity Data Corp reviews across all consumer protection websites, and a few of these complaints accuse the company of scamming or ripping off its merchants. Most of these Infinity Data Corp complaints are over three years old, so the policies referenced by complainants may no longer be in effect. Common issues include undisclosed Infinity Data Corp fees, poor customer service, and unclear equipment return policies. It seems Infinity Data Corp was at one point affiliated with Northern Leasing Systems for the purpose of leasing equipment, but there are no recent complaints to this effect. Northern Leasing Systems receives one of the lowest ratings on CardPaymentOptions.com, so any evidence linking Infinity Data Corp to Northern Leasing in recent years would lower the company’s grade significantly.
We have not found any outstanding class-action lawsuits or FTC complaints filed against Infinity Data Corporation. Dissatisfied merchants who wish to pursue a non-litigious course of action against the company should consider reporting it to the relevant supervisory organizations.
Infinity Data Corp. offers 24/7 phone support to its merchants, which may be a major factor in its low complaint total.

Infinity Data Corp has been accredited with the Better Business Bureau since 2011 and currently sports an “A+” rating based on 1 complaint filed in the last three years. The standard Infinity Data Corp contract (available in part below) is a three-year agreement through First Data (Fiserv). A typical First Data (Fiserv) offers a wide variety of contract terms and pricing plans, but its standard agreement is typically a multiyear contract with an early termination fee of $495, a monthly PCI compliance fee of $19.95, and tiered pricing. Merchants who process up to $50,000 each month will receive a swiped rate of 2.69% plus $0.19 and a keyed-in rate of 3.69% plus $0.19. Merchants whose monthly charges exceed $50,000 will receive a swiped rate of 2.29% plus $0.19 and a keyed-in rate of 3.29% plus $0.19.
In addition to its storefront payment processing services, Infinity Data Corp also dedicates a portion of its website to advertising its virtual terminal and payment gateway services. However, pricing is not disclosed on either of those services. Additional Infinity Data Corp rates and fees, including gateway fees, technical support fees, batch fees, and additional transaction rates typically apply to these e-commerce services.
Several merchant complaints suggest that the company provides free equipment upon signup on the condition that the equipment will be returned when the contract is concluded. If the merchant fails to return the equipment in a timely fashion, a $195 fee may be assessed. Overall, these Infinity Data Corp contract terms appear to be fairly standard for the industry, and the company is showing only a handful of complaints regarding its rates and fees. Be sure to read “Fee Sweep” to understand merchant account fees and how to negotiate them in your favor. Infinity Data Corp appears to rely on a team of outside sales agents in addition to inside reps and traditional advertising to market its services. It is unclear at this time whether the company hires independent sales agents in a “hiring mill” fashion; however, there are very few Infinity Data Corp reviews that describe issues with the company’s sales reps. The only available Infinity Data Corp complaints of this nature are very old and cite nondisclosure of contract terms and equipment return policies.
This compares favorably to our list of best credit card processors.
To its credit, the company does not list any deceptive rate quotes or other misleading information on its website. We therefore award it an “A” in this category for the time being. If you suspect that Infinity Data Corp is charging you undisclosed fees, however, we recommend seeking an independent statement audit to spot hidden charges.
Infinity Data Corp rates as a solid merchant services provider according to all available information. The company appears to offer average contract terms but does not appear to deceive merchants or generate a large number of complaints. Even when dealing with companies that rate highly by our standards, we encourage merchants to carefully examine the terms of any contract they are given and to compare its pricing to the top overall providers. Our grade for Infinity Data Corp may change once more is known about the company’s contract terms.
