Variable Contract Terms

As of this update, there is very little specific information available about the standard Dynamic Payment Solutions contract. It’s possible that the company may have the same contract as Vision Bankcard, which is a Global Payments agreement.

Vision Bankcard’s contract includes an early termination fee of $500 per location or Liquidated Damages, whichever is greater, which is as expensive as termination fees get. As such, merchants are able to negotiate lower fees than those offered directly by Authorize.Net
