Payzerware Reviews & Complaints

We take our role in providing guidance and education regarding the card payment industry very seriously. At our own expense, we have vigorously defended our right to continue expose unethical and predatory practices in the industry, successfully defeating every attempt to silence us. However, fending off frivolous lawsuits is costly. To sustain these efforts, one of the ways we generate revenue is through affiliate partnerships with ethical providers. This means that some of our outgoing links connect business owners to trustworthy, low-cost payment processors, which is what most of our readers seek. We see this revenue channel as a win-win-win for everyone involved. Business owners find good processors, processors get good clients, and we are able to continue to provide a valuable service to the small business community. We also recommend and link to many services that do not compensate us. Our priority is to guide you to the best solutions for your needs, regardless of potential revenue. If you have questions, please feel free to contact us.

PaymentPop Rating for Payzerware

Negative Feedback

Their customer service is terrible. They do not resolve issues. We use their program to sync to Quickbooks and it’s been an absolute nightmare. It changes our invoices behind the scenes the different amounts, doesn’t sync properly, and to top it off, they haven’t been able to resolve any of the issues over the past 12 months. They created a software that is full of bugs and should have never been released to consumers.

Positive Feedback

There are no positive reviews published about Payzerware on the PaymentPop website.

Payzerware BBB Rating

Payzerware (as Payzer) currently has an “A+” rating with the Better Business Bureau and is not BBB-accredited. The company has received 2 complaints in the last 36 months. Both complaints were resolved to the dissatisfaction of the merchant or received no final response. The company also has not received any informal reviews.

An “A” Performance

Given Payzerware’s clean complaint record, we agree with the BBB’s rating at this time. Readers should note, however, that there are good reasons to be skeptical of the BBB’s rating system.

Bottom Line

Payzerware is rated as a reliable credit card processing app according to our standards. Since its launch, the service has garnered minimal complaints and seems to offer favorable contract terms to its users. However, as more merchants adopt the platform and provide feedback, our rating may change to reflect new insights. Businesses with retail payment processing needs should consider comparing Payzerware’s offerings with those of top-rated, all-purpose merchant services providers. Conducting this comparison will help them identify the solution best suited for their unique requirements while maximizing both value and efficiency.
