Note: We have adjusted this company’s BBB rating according to our own standards. To better understand why we adjust BBB ratings, please see our Rating Criteria.
Talech is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau. As of this review, the company has a “C” rating with the BBB and has had only 1 complaint filed against it in the last 36 months. Talech does not have any informal reviews on its BBB profile in addition to that 1 complaint.

Talech provides clients with 4 different options to use its services, its Mobile, Starter, Standard, and Premium plans. Businesses can sign up for these plans on an annual basis or choose month-to-month contracts. Choosing the annual option will mean that a merchant is billed upfront for the year of service. Though the company does not impose an early termination fee, a client who cancels their plan before that year-long term ends will not be refunded for its total cost.
The Starter plan is priced at $29 per month for the first device, with an additional cost of $29 per month for each additional device. It provides basic functionality suitable for small businesses or those with simpler operations.
The Standard plan comes at $69 per month for the first device plus $29 per month for each additional device, offering a wider range of features compared to the Starter plan. This plan might suit medium-sized businesses or those with more complex operational needs.
The Premium plan is available for $99 per month for the first device with an additional $29 per month for each additional device. It includes a comprehensive set of features aimed at larger businesses or those with extensive operational requirements.
Talech also offers a free version of its software through Talech Mobile, with no monthly software fees. This option provides a modern, easy-to-use point-of-sale system with month-to-month plans, allowing flexibility for businesses not looking to commit to a long-term contract.
