C&H Financial Services 2023: Reviews & Complaints
Agree with our rating?
Founded in 2008, C&H Financial Services is a merchant account provider that serves most standard-risk business types in the United States. The company is a reseller of First Data (now Fiserv), Priority Payment Systems, and Merrick Bank. C&H was founded by a former divisional president of Unified Payments and co-founder of Process Pink and Money Movers of America, but it is unclear whether the company is still affiliated with these organizations. In 2015, the company acquired Regal Payment Systems.
In 2023, C&H Financial Services was purchased by Priority. It appears that Priority is absorbing C&H Financial Services, and we will keep you updated as more information comes out.

C&H Financial Services Fees, Rates & Costs
A Closer Look at The Contract
|Monthly & Annual Fees||Yes|
|Processing Rates||1.00% - 4.99%|
The C&H Financial Services First Data Program Guide, TSYS Program Guide, and Esquire Bank Program Guide each reflect the variable pricing structure of the company. The First Data (Fiserv)-backed C&H Financial Services contract includes an equipment lease through First Data Global Leasing. We are unable to locate any specific information regarding C&H’s transaction fees and recurring fees, so clients should be prepared for some variation in these costs. The company also offers a cash discount pricing program that has the potential to offset all of a business’ fees, but this is achieved by passing those fees directly to customers.
We are currently able to locate a few C&H Financial Services complaints that mention high early termination fees and unexpected costs. When coupled with the company’s standard First Data (Fiserv) contract terms, these complaints do not suggest that the company’s pricing can compete with the cheapest merchant accounts.

C&H Financial Services Employee Reviews & Sales Tacitcs

|Uses Independent Resellers||Yes|

Inside/Outside Sales Team
C&H Financial Services appears to rely on an in-house sales staff, strategic partnerships, and independently contracted sales agents to market its services. The use of independent sales agents is commonly linked to elevated complaint rates in the credit card processing industry, and it appears to have generated a few C&H Financial Services reviews about the company’s sales staff. The issues reported include high-pressure sales tactics, misrepresentation of contract terms, and erratic conduct from sales agents.
This does not compare favorably to our list of best credit card processors.
No Misleading Quotes
To its credit, C&H Financial Services does not appear to engage in any deceptive advertising strategies in its official materials. The company even provides some of its contract documentation on its website for public review. If you suspect that you are being charged undisclosed C&H Financial Services fees, we recommend seeking a third-party statement audit to eliminate hidden charges.
